Flight Options –  Refundable & Non-Refundable 

If a pilot cancels a flight due to unsuitable conditons it is for everyone’s safety. All passenger bookings (refundable & non-refundable) are emailed a Rebooking Link so you may reschedule and fly on another day. Both options are valid for 12 months from the original confirmed flight date.

Passengers who would be unable to reschedule if their flight was cancelled by the pilot, must select the Premium Upgrade Option – refundable when booking. This option must be included in the original booking. There is no option to purchase this upgrade after a flight has been cancelled by the pilot.

Highly recommended for international & interstate passengers on a short stay holiday / itinerary who may not be able to reschedule

This is a public commercial passenger flight, there will be other passengers on your flight

Flight time approx 1 hour, allow 3 – 5 hours for the whole ballooning experience including breakfast

Meeting time approx 1 hour before first light at Chateau Yering Hotel, Yarra Valley – all details are on the Flight Itinerary Confirmation

Free car parking at Chateau Yering Hotel

We transfer passengers from the meeting point to the launch site & back to Chateau Yering after the flight

If conditions are unsuitable & your flight is cancelled by the pilot, you receive a Rebooking Link via email so you may reschedule and fly on a better day

Weekend bookings can reschedule and fly any day of the week

Weekday bookings must reschedule to a midweek date, excluding public holidays

Booking details held in our system  / valid for 12 months from the original flight date

No changes accepted to a booking within 7 days of the confirmed flight date
