Discounted & Strictly Non-Refundable – if cancelled by the pilot due to unsuitable conditions, reschedule to another midweek day, valid for 12 months. Book online & automatically receive a Flight Itinerary Confirmation.  This document contains all the important information you require including the mobile phone check-in number so you can phone & speak to the pilot the evening before your flight and receive the meeting time & any updates for your sunrise hot air balloon flight.

Bonus – Free in flight photography on most flights at pilots discretion

Flight Time:  Approx 1 hour – allow 3-4 hours for the whole ballooning experience 

Meeting Time:  Approx 1 hour before first light – Yarra Valley Free car parking at our Yarra Valley meeting point, Chateau Yering Hotel. We transfer passengers from the meeting point to the launch site & back after the flight.

Specials are –

Valid for 12 months Book & fly on the available advertised dates. Strictly Non-Refundable – suitable for passengers living local to Melbourne / Yarra Valley.  Not recommended for interstate / international passengers on a short stay holiday who may not be able to reschedule if necessary. Most flights do proceed on the scheduled day. Minimum age 6 years. Reschedule if necessary and complete your flight within the 12 month validity period. If your flight is cancelled by the pilot we email you a Rebooking Link so you may reschedule and fly another day. Booking details held in credit for 12 months.  All Yarra Valley flights are sunrise-morning.
